The culture is very informal, and I believe implementing a more structured work environment would be beneficial, to include Process Documentation, structured meetings, development of clear/measurable objectives, Key Performance Indicators and streamlined work.

When hired in November 2022 I was told that I would be bonus eligible in 2023, no bonus program information to date. Additionally, I was recently given a new position without the benefit of the role being described, an option to decline or headcount added to take on my old responsibilities.
