I'm 2.5 months into this role and company. The first few month was just focused on training and learning. So I've only had less than a month to do actual client facing work. What I can add is my managers have made me feel important with the expectation I can add real value to the team.

This is a small company compared to what I'm used to -so the ability to make suggestions on how to improve workflow processes is important. Also having the CEO and upper management actually care about the culture and each employee means alot.
