Commitment is good. Motivation is still good despite the fact the amount of work is increasing and we are still the same amount of people

People really help each other. And I noticed that people can really speak up their minds (in a frame of respect of course) and normally the are listened.

I receive better offers constantly, in Beligium and abroad. But also, life costs are growing rapidly before the annual adjustments in the salaries. Mortgage loans interest rate tripled in 6 months.

My compensation hasn't improved accordingly to my change of role (Senior Dev to TL+Senior) since 7 months ago. Also, my work-life balance is worsening due to the amount of work because of impediments and dependencies. This leads me to do overtime (+2/+1 hs per day) as I want to deliver on time.
