What are some of the best things about your team?

While doing this in-service, I am not referring to the other technicians I work with. I love the staff I actually work with.

My coworkers ought to put less effort into their job to justify how much we're getting paid (much less than a livable wage). I like them, but some of them work too hard for the company, which takes us for granted. If we're expected to work harder during COVID, they should give us critical pay.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Mgmt. needs to be within each office on a daily basis

Coworkers need to be understanding that not everyones brain is wired the same and everyone learns differently (auditory verses visual). Coworkers should be supporting their collegues instead of making snap judgments and need to practice inclusion and patience while also being empathetic,not gossip

Everyone is burnt out and working extra

arriving on time. staying for the entire sift. smile and act positive.

Managers are not fair. They pick their favorites

Communication between staff needs to be more polite and more thorough. Everyone is rushed so they tend to be rude.
