The General manager of the Corporate store was very different from the Franchise owner where I had to train
Franchise Owner's should be more transparent and not get to pick and choose who you want to work in your store based on the language or demographic region were some one comes from
A more diverse environment!! It's 2021 and everyone doesn't speak Spanish and no children should be allowed in the back of the store no worker should ever have to worry about their hob being taking away because the Franchise Owner gets to run the store like their home!!
