The company is fair to it's employees and as a person with a disability (bipolar disorder) they work with me in ways that make the job more accessible to me and make the day much easier for me to function than at other jobs. And they never make me feel bad for my disability. I love tractor supply.

Most customers are regulars and they enjoy coming into the store just to hangout or chat with employees. It's nice being able to be so familiar with people in a retail environment where more often than not you don't see the same face twice.
