Not being passive aggressive to workers who are frankly not the best at their jobs, and instead actually speak to them about what they are doing wrong instead of just trying to drop them from the schedule and subsequently make them quit.
If there is an issue from management with a worker they need to actually know how to deal with conflict and learn how to speak with the worker instead of just ignoring the issue while still complaining about it while trying to lessen the person's hours when the worker doesn't even know.
I have been told I would get a pay raise twice, the first time I eventually got smth a solid month after it was promised, with no back pay and not the amount I was told, and after I was promoted I still have not received my raise after my tips were dropped and I have no faith I will get back pay.
