
When you have a good relationship with people here, itt's to the depth of "ride or die". The bonds here are familial like (when you have them).
Genuine connection and authentic communication. I work in a region that preaches "people > sales"... But when your office's sales are down, that inclusivity and high level of support disappears.
When I see the hard work and time that I've put in pay off -- financially for myself, yes... but more so when I can see my efforts positively impact someone's experience/ income opp/ skill growth/ advancement and promo's.
As a manager, Pay is entirely off of office sales (commission). Bonuses center mainly around sales too There is no base salary. No benefits I am actually leaving my position soon due to this. I would be staying if there was a base salary / feeling financially compensated for my time and efforts.
