They think he's a megalomaniac and pretty much a complete jerk who rules using fear. However, he's also a very smart man, who has been very successful, not only with Grand Circle, but with his other businesses. Kensington Investment Company (kicboston.com) is the company that holds and manages his investments. You can see that he owns quite a bit of real estate in and around Boston, as well as a couple of other companies. Together with his wife, he's also very active in philanthropy. So there are reasons to admire him, even while he is not a nice person to work for.
