  • They are fun usually off site but the information at the team meetings are not useful. Crunching numbers only not much strategy from management. They do not share any experiences from a management perspective. It’s all up to you...also they do not provide historical data prior to your start date. What are they hiding? Be careful with this company unless Motorola changes things...

  • It was a fun product to represent but upper management is arrogant and non helpful. Partners are treated very rough at best and put zero resources in helping them advance as partners. They need to think about going through distribution in order to achieve the sales capacity they are looking for. Many partners only have 1-3 sales people on the street. Distribution can quadruple the sales they currently have. Maybe consider large box IT resellers too. Internal marketing is average at best. Great product though and works flawlessly. In general the company needs to be partner and end user focused. They also need to stop abusing the partner channel to succeed in the near future. Bottoms line the sales and marketing department needs a serious overhaul and an attitude adjustment. Drug testing should be a must.
