What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive and give ample time to work on a ticket, they never make you feel that you have to rush and finish your task quickly. For them, Quality is more important than Quantity.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at everything. They have zero clue what their field reps are dealing with.
Get a grip on reality and enforce the company policies and work safe guidelines on BULLING AT WORKPLACE!!!!! STUPIDS IN MANAGEMENT DO NOT PUNISH AND FIRE THE ABUSED EMOLOYEES!
Human capital. Stop abusing and bullying.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is good, so far.
Good benefits, one of the only good things about working at this hell hole.

I guess its a blessing to have benefits. Stock options with an assemblers pay $15.50/Hr what can you buy?
Better management and better OTE. $180k at plan not $130k

Learn how to be human.
Sales people are great but demoralized by management
No forward thinking or relationship building. It's all about today and now. Especially at quarter end.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing positive to say about the culture or environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers! Mainly upper management which where the problem starts
Starts from the top and trickles all the way down to the bottom. They need to treat people like humans.

Flying to Dallas on a moments notice.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is not motivating. This is the common theme here.
Must treat people like humans before and encourage long term relationships vs the last envelope. Keep it up and the envelopes will stop.
