It is work driven with little drama.
Just having more positive attitudes.
Seeing the patients make progress.
They are responsive and change things according to the need.
We get raises every year if we meet certain goals.
I think it will just take time for the self scheduling to be routine.
It was a normal process and I was able to get information about the specific unit I was applying for.
We are a small unit so everyone is pretty tight knit. Everyone pulls their own weight, yet is willing to help each other out as needed.
It's a good environment. Recently they changed scheduling for psych techs to self scheduling and a lot of the psych techs are unhappy about this. I think it will even out but there is a lot of negativity about the change.
