Everyone is so easy to communicate and happy to help out with things that might not be their responsibility
They have a big presence in the office! Everyone feels comfortable chatting with them in the halls and kitchen. They all go out of their way to get to know employees at all levels.
People from different departments spend lots of time getting to know each other! Having a happy hour once a week is a great way for everyone in the office to get to know each other.
I believe that I am being compensated perfectly based on my responsibilities. When they added additional responsibilities to my role they also improved my salary which made me feel like they really respect me and the work I'm doing!
