Making decisions, being consistent, being aligned at the executive level.
There is a handful of bright people still left at the company who are willing to help each other out and find comfort in the fact they are all equally frustrated. The regional offices seem to have a better culture though.
This likely is due to the misalignment at the executive level trickling down, allowing for confusion, mistrust and incompetency at the lower management and individual contributor level but lately the company seems more silo'd than ever. No one's looking at the bigger picture.
There is a lot of incompetent leadership across the company which feeds into the large disconnect between how the executive team and how the individual contributors and middle management view reality. Make up our mind on what direction we want to go into and have clear direction on how to get there.
