What makes me most happy at work is the fact that I always feel how much I've evolved and how much I still have to learn; I feel that I have the best conditions to learn and improve because I have autonomy and support of my team and managers.

The best thing for me is the respect for personal life combined with the. good environment that people create in the office. We want to participate in office events because the environment is good, but if for any reason we cannot or do not want to participate, everything is ok just the same.
