The are very easy to talk to and have been invested into implementing the changes and the topics that have risen during our conversations.
Looking at our real-time monitoring and seeing the huge amount of active costumers that we support in our platform, as well as other performance metrics, makes me very proud.
I would say it was definitely the office culture. Everyone was very friendly and we did engage in several extra-work / leisure activities. Even during the remote period there is still a lot of interaction in the chats.
They have a huge work ethic. Never seen anyone complain even with the most tedious tasks. I think they are very humane and genuinely good people. They all bring something extra to the team whether it's experience or potential and willingness to learn.
The yearly bonus. I wouldn't say the best part but its definitely a deciding factor as a complement to our base compensation, which by itself is not top notch. Another important point for me is the regular compensation updates, which let you envision a better position in the long term.
