Uneven - determined by floor traffic and incoming phone calls - heavily dependent on the weather. Currently, with the store so understaffed, it is stressful.

Chronically understaffed at peak times. Very poor coverage scheduling. Due to systematically under staffing and lackluster supervision - always hectic.
