They're open to feedback and treat everyone with respect. They also celebrate the team's wins, which is really nice to see.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work toward a mission I believe in: tackling unnecessary spending in healthcare with advanced automation technology using AI.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is incredibly smart and I learn something new every day. I also had an unexpected emergency and the team was super supportive and stepped up while I had to step away and urged me to take the time I needed to deal with it, so I am so grateful for that.
