It has been a great enviornment for my first real job out of college i feel like there are options for me to follow different paths as i progress; i do wish we had some more diversity or better support programs for employees in specific communities

I am happy to work at algolia i feel like it is a great company with a lot of potential; only complaints are more benefits such as stipends for wfh and improving our diversity... when IC1 employees tried to start an ERG we did not have much help and LC just keeps telling us words but no actions

my coworkers and the wellness days

they cover 100% of all health expenses and dental

they really care and value their employees and are very transparent

it feels very genuine; i dont have to put on an act or pretend im somebody im not while doing work

I like that we have a good amount of women in leadership roles it is a great change in the tech industry

It is a great relationship of camaraderie amongst the team, i feel comfortable going to any of them to ask a question

i actually enjoy talking to them and feel comfortable asking dumb questions and we are all willing to help each other. They are also very accepting and embrace our differences
