
It is entrenched, political, and somewhat corrupt. They have been there forever. They hold these things called Rotations or Career Experiences that are nice in concept, but they didn't seem to lead to an actual position. I saw them as a cost-saving measure. There were some roles purely done by a rotation rather than an actual position. There is no pay increase with a rotation even when it's a more challenging role than your primary, hired role. I felt it was unethical.
