Since joining the company, I've always felt very included and well taken care of. When I wasn't certain of where I wanted to go next in my career, they helped get me to a point where I'm very happy with my role and who i work with.

I started at a entry level help desk job with minimal experience with SAP and other HR softwares. After a few months there was already great mentorship pushing my skills, a short time later i was offered the path to become certified with WFS and move to a new team. In short i feel taken care of.

It has been very interesting to experience how quickly this company can change, coming into this corporate world at an entry level was very scary but i was always supported by my peers and leaders. That and the trust i have been given to get new certifications and move teams is amazing.
