Compensation has undergone some changes that the company has implemented directly from feedback from the employees. Not only being fairly paid, but being listened to about that pay, really speaks volumes.
They have a focus on employees. I feel that I am not just a number. That I am an important part of the organization and leadership let's that be known. They also focus on work-life balance, which is very important as well.
