Terrible. Forced overtime, work 3 out of 4 weekends a month. Days off are usually split. Only once a month do you get two days off in a row.

For field technicians, the balance is terrible. We work irregular shifts that change constantly and we have no set end time for our shift.

Some years are good, some years are bad. It all depends on what is going on at the moment...merger issues, budget issues, etc..
