
Hypocritical. They sometimes have never been out in the field, so the expectations are a bit unrealistic. And if they have been out in the field, they drive for results they could barely achieve when out in the field.
They demand and expect results, but are fair and give the tools and resources to be successful.
Depends but overall the higher up you go the better they are. The VPs are sharp
