
It is seemingly an us against them attitude. Instead of concentrating on customer happiness and retention, management chooses to intentionally tick off craft employees by micromanaging and finding reasons to suspend more senior staff. All in order to show that all employees are expendable.
There are a lot of good smart folks working in low-level roles at aT&T. The company should seek them iut and help them advance.
Mostly slugs working harder to avoid work than do it.
