Overtime is becoming a rarity, as the business transitions more to fiber based services, areas that have the availability are slowly switching over. Many are switching to other providers, because the older platforms are not able to sustain demand, and it could be years before any relief becomes available.

The vibe is nervous and uneasy. Folks are working too much and too hard, becUse we are ranked against one another and the lowest ranked are first cut in the ever-impending layoffs.
