How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at AT&T?

Some managers think that social life is subjugated to your work life. Even funerals of family members are irrelevant, even though employees are supposed to be paid for funeral leave, it is at the discretion of the supervisor. And if the supervisor is a jerk, then your time off for a funeral is unpaid.

Hardest part of working AT&T you work from sun up to sun down. Even if you have kids you go to work before your kids wake up and you work past the time your kids go to sleep

I’m a family man. I don’t have a social life, lol. I know others don’t seem to have a problem though, and in my earlier years it was not difficult at all.

What is social life. We are worked to the bone and don't have any social life because we are so wore out from the drama.
