    It does NOT feel like the Executives and Officers of the company care for their employees when the top gets 55% of the money and we are penalized with fewer salary increases and bonuses. What does it say to an employee that you get a 50% concession. while you work but the minute you retire with over 30 years you get cut down to 30%? It says we don’t value you because we have to give the top the dollars. Not good culture to feel not part of the wheel you are helping to move.

    It’s a great culture for those who want to grow and develop. There are tons of resources available to gain experience, mentor programs, and hundreds of possible career paths. However the business changes rapidly and if you expect to sit complacent for 25 years and retire doing the same thing you started doing and don’t want to adapt - you will be caught on the wrong side of the business. The culture benefits those who are agile, push themselves, and remain competitive. Don’t be stagnant because you’ll be bitter when you’re left behind.

    If you lie and sell at any cost they like you and ask everyone else why they don't have the same high sales. Then you get caught in some fraud they can't ignore and you're fired. Then they eventually find another like that and the cycle repeats. The DTVnow fiasco was a result of this culture.

    Get your bonus no matter how it affects any of the rest of the company because every department is its own little duchy and no one is ever willing to make a decision as long as their own numbers are OK.

    Work until you can’t work anymore not much of a home life and the company can dictate and change your schedule for months with a 12 hour notice
