Drug test at hire then only if there's an accident. Bellsouth thoroughly vetted you; I think AT&T at least checks out the mugshot magazines.

Yes, AT&T requires both a background check and drug test when hired. They may also conduct random drug test.

I believe they do but it depends upon the level of the job and the functions.
