Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The company itself is fantastic and has great benefits, The pay isnt the best out there but its adequate enough to afford low income rent. Corporate seems nice and they understand the goals needed to advance the bank. Work environment does not make it worth the time or money,

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are polite when speaking?

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is too much to explain in such a short frame.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

At no cost for employees which can get very expensive when paying personally!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everybody is here to help and try to improve daily functions and Business in general.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly, Helping, Caring, On time and willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied!

What makes you most happy at work?

Great co-workers, Everybody cares about the company and their roles, everything is taken seriously and I love professionalism.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Pays attention to detail, Easy to receive answers needed to help learn and genuinely cares about growth within the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Suggestions are seen as complaints, Accountability throughout the company is not professional. Also most of your seniors will talk to you in a degrading manner.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping everyone as much as I possibly can and knowing I did everything I could to make others jobs easier, No matter how much ive been trained for it or not.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company Bank of Hope is fantastic and help make days easier but in a small environment that every action is scrutinized is not a way to have an even remotely happy work environment.
