Overall, I love Beiersdorf. I love the culture and especially people that I work with every day. I sometimes feel that constant change of directors and high-ups' doesn't allow us to express and actually see the change of the concern that was previously expressed to the leader.

I have a very supportive manager. My colleagues that I deal with every day are always easy to talk to and accessible when needed. There is never a problem to reach out with questions and vice versa.
