My rate of pay does not reflect the years of experience I have. Incoming people are starting at only 15-20% below my base pay with no experience. My 30+ years of experience should be reflected considering my 100% dedication to doing the best possible job year after year.
Commission on top of base salary. I do feel employees with many years of experience have a small pay advantage compared to new hires doing the same thing with no to little experience. They seem to be able to negotiate pay without having to prove themselves. senior employees' pay fall short.
