
I feel BDF cuts the quality of things to save money and now it's embarrassing to say you represent Coppertone!!
BDF does not understand the suncare business
They find positive in negative situations
Salary Plus commission and Health benefits
They keep fixing things that hold us back
Putting managers in positions that they have training in!!
All of us get along and love our manager!

Most are extremely helpful with all aspects of the job
When BDF bought Coppertone, they did not roll years of service over from previous company, screwed all of us!!
Product outs, which are starting to correct. The displays and premiums are very low quality, worse than they have ever been, kind of embarrassing!!
