It used to be a really great place to work. I'm hopeful we'll get back there some day but not unless the current leadership makes some serious changes to how they lead their teams.
Salary is on par/slightly above market rates
the team is collaborative and friendly
everyone seems to be super driven and hard working
being part of exciting projects
come across as open and available to all employees if needed
People who have been here a while are mostly genuine, fun, driven and kind.
competitive with market, proactively adjusted in alignment with change in roles/responsibilities and to account for recent changes
Assume best intent and cheer on your colleagues. Don't bring the toxic culture of previous large CPG employers to a place that has previously been a joy to work for.
Focus on the big picture - driving the business. It is insane that ever single individual assets need to be reviewed by the new VP. That does not signify trust or simplicity and shows lack of leadership.
