Increase in listening, sales leadership that speaks up (upward) to ensure the realities of business are heard, customer needs are heard, etc.
Overall good balance, not sure we are doing enough in base salary to keep up with cost of living. Bonus is on target, benefits good.
Flexibility is key. Though it doesn't effect me, proud of the company for trying to make HQ employees commutes bearable since the move to Stamford- think if we'd gone back to 100% in-office during regular bus. hours we'd have lost good talent.
