Let me put it this way, it's a privilege to work at Beiersdorf.
The fact that they care.
Helping the people on my team (subordinates) achieve success.
IC plan in particular could be better for my level.
Helping my team members achieve impact, and long-term career success.
Obvious commitment to BDF core values. Openness to want feedback.
A global approach and commitment to the community and social issues.
We support each other, willing to go above and beyond to support the mission.
I like to be making a difference, supporting my team members to ensure they accomplish their goals.
They demonstrate through actions not merely words that they truly care for all colleagues in the organization. Refreshing!
The Company repeatedly demonstrates they care. Just consider what we are doing for colleagues and others in Ukraine.
We support one another. We are not selfish and share with each other rather than keeping effective strategies to ourselves.
My team (those that report directly to me) have outstanding character. I have earned their trust and they have earned mine. My team is truly committed to our mission.
Responding to 2 questions earlier. While I do not feel I am unfairly compensated, I do think my salary could be higher given my experience. Still, I am not unhappy with my current salary.
The leadership team at BDF demonstrate through actions they live the core values, not merely words on a webpage. Leaders that engage with colleagues show they are truly interested and care to receive candid feedback. My individual manager is an outstanding leader and I am proud to be on her team.
I am not going to leave over the comp plan as there is more to a career than just money; however, I think I am paid on the lower end of comparable jobs based on my own knowledge of Korn Ferry and other compensation tools. I DO appreciate the higher increases we were given last year,
