
I think we have great products and the company tries to show they care about the employees.
I have been here 12 years and for the most part im very happy and proud to work for Beiersdorf. My current manager is great but if they had hired someone else i may have left. My only negative is the salary plus bonus. It need to be reevaluate.

The sales people (MSR) are definitely underpaid compared to the compitetion. Also I work very hard and the bonus structure needs major improvement
MSR are under paid in the industry. Both salary and bonus. We should not be paid on a survey recommendation that is not truthful.
