Nothing want to share on this
Generally good at this point in my career ... it is fine. For someone young and looking to learn and grow ... not a productive place to be.
Company funded pension plan is great to have
Family first and everyone cares about each other
Smart, kind, considerate and care about each other
The individuals care about each other
They are genuinely nice people
Too much politics influencing day to day work. Short staffed.
Their human side. They genuinely seem to care about people.
They seem to care about people but then that isn't always shown in their actions
80% of time our core ethics are followed but when they're not ... it is very offputting
Empowering local market employees to have REAL impact and not just take orders from the Global organization
We all genuinely care about each other and doing the best we can for the business
A promotion to mirror the contribution I make and level of experience I have; along with that a higher salary and bonus bracket
We have no power of influence over what Global tells us to do. We are relegated to order takers. Very demoralizing.
Too much politics; operating model inhibits the impact I can have; don't agree with global functional area team and decisions they make that impact me
When promoted, my raise was not what I would have expected in the absolute but I also felt the bonus threshold should have gone up with the promotion
