The leadership team at Blue is not accountable and constantly shifts blame to lower levels of the organization instead of owning their responsibilities.
We work transparently and collaboratively, we hold each other accountable and lift others up when they're down. Overall I feel safe and empowered in my team.
We need to show more diversity and remove barriers to entry. We need to shorten the time of our process and standardize processes across the organization.
