There are not a lot of projects, employee satisfaction is also low..you have to travel to office mandatorily 12-16 days even if it adds no value. Like your team sits in some other location still you are expected to travel to office..project allocation also takes a lot of time.

  • Human, generally. Other than that your mileage may vary. 300,000+ employees makes that a difficult question to answer.

  • Very helpful, friendly, co-operating, supportive

  • I adore working with most of them. Helpful, open minded, kind and sincere. One thing I don't like about them, and it has more to do with them as a group than as individuals is, they're trying to show the servant-kind and low-cost-employee-kind of nature, without displaying much self esteem or self value.

  • Up to the interviewer and varies by department. The company has 300,000+ employees and tens of thousands of managers performing interviews. Their are no set questions.

  • This really depends on the candidate's experience. Students get a bunch of detailed technical question, similar to these they'd get asked during exams. The more exp you have the more the questions tend to test your way of thinking and solving problems.

  • Depends on position, experience and location. The more years of exp you have, the lower chance anyone will ask you any (I really mean ANY) technical questions.

  • Dedicated people with solid work ethic, good technical skills, good people skills, a professional attitude, and an eagerness to learn and develop

  • Depends on what you mean by succeeding. Some managers say you have to take part in community meetings (which is basically spending your free- or family time at work), others will tell you you need to show some serious management skills to even be considered a team leader. They actually want you do do your job, only faster. Succeeding is not among anyone's interests.

  • It's usually one way: you will receive feedback from your managers but won't be given a chance to give feedback o managers. Negative feedback seems to be valued higher than positive and may always get in the way if your rise is concerned.

  • This may vary with the location and department. Once a year around 2% individuals [where I work] who receiced remarkably positive feedback can be promoted. It can happen that the feedback one receives has a less than sincere background. After all who wants to pay more for having the same amount of work gotten done?

  • Promotions don't happen very often. Once a year, the bosses gather and rank their subordinates. 2-5% of people get promoted each year. Mostly, from the lowest grade to the just a bit higher grade.
