Diverse, there are lots of different personalities and skill sets around, it makes for a fun and well rounded team.

The vibe is a good one most days, however there are times communication issues can cause for misconceptions leading to some separation between agents and the leadership team. I work about 55+ Hours a Week on average .

Mostly open spaces or large rooms with 10+ people. Not a place for introverts. Of course, this depends on location.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Capgemini?
The project teams you may join usually already have a solid management structure so if you want to progress your carrer you will seldom have any chances to do so. This may depend on location.

The pay is quite a bit below what other companies offer. This may vary between the coutries of course.

Fantastic people. Most are trustworthy, friendly and helpful.

I would coach people a bit more into showing them their own value and acknowledge their contribution to the projects they work for. Nothing works as well as some reasonable positive feedback.
What's the company culture like at Capgemini?
Pretty bad. It has been a policy for several years to cut all positions in America and send them to India. Most of the really talented people who can have left the company.
