The company has been making a lot of effort to improve DEI. It's been shown through pay increases and talks about their efforts every quarter to let employees know about the upcoming changes. My coworkers are enthusiastic and smart. Every one of them provides great insight.

People are sincere. If there is a problem we work together. Questions are welcome and there really are no stupid questions. It's been a great learning experience for a junior engineer like myself.

I've really enjoyed the "Chats with leadership" program we started. I'm able to find out more about our leaders and what is currently their goals for the company and what it is that they care about.

The managers I've worked with here are some of the most approachable and interesting people I've met. They might be busy, but they take the time and effort to know what it is that you're working on and to find out how they can support you.
