Raises are minimal (2-4%) and doesn't even meet cost of living adjustment. Hired under the guise of unlimited/untracked PTO and full benefits paid for but was told week 1 that I was limited to PTO and it was being tracked by my manager. Benefits are now not fully paid by the company
