
Setting more realistic expectations around goals. Continuing to improve visibility of goals/success metrics. Seems to be a pattern of setting extreme reach goals despite knowing they're extreme and that the company will likely fall short.
People excited/willing to learn. Despite growing in numbers, people have a start up mentality. Willing to work hard and get the job done even when the path might be unclear/there is not a process to follow.
Switched teams to take a higher level position and was not eligible for salary negotiation/raise at time of switch. With only annual comp reviews, delayed salary increase until next review. Also, comparable external jobs seem to be paying more in general.
