I enjoy working for Carbon and am proud to talk about who we are and what we do to others. In my particular case I feel the compnsation and benifits are a bit uneven but agian that is due to my particular case regarding relocating for the company.

I took a large pay cut when I moved to another contry and was localized. I didn't think it was fair to pay me far less then I was making before localization to do the same job just because it was higher than normal in the country I had localized in.
