
Clearer company vision, more strategic thinking rather than getting into the details (micromanaging...), valuing employees over short term customer issues
Our team is a fairly diverse group of people with similar attitudes towards work - that we should be as thorough as possible regardless of the expectations or outside pressures.
My team is fairly flexible and understands non-standard working hours. Though we have a lot of on-site required work, we are also able to work a hybrid schedule as allowed.
The company vision changes too often, and the scope of the company's aspirations has only broaden rather than narrowed. Carbon is spread too thin in many areas and applies resources equally to work that doesn't produce the targeted outcomes.
