Spend less time grandstanding and presenting the "Everything is up and to the right" perspective. I'm not saying go negative, but be more honest about acknowledging the losses and hardships. Right now executive credibility isn't high.
Operations department is in very rough shape for a company this size with the aspirations it has. Manufacturing, fulfillment, quality, supply chain, and production documentation are managed via fire drill, so they're impossible to scale up efficiently. Very few managers are present.
Carbon needs to slow down to go faster. It does a shoddy job of new product introduction and everyday business activities, instead choosing to focus too much energy on constantly revising product designs which creates huge material and transpo. costs and ultimately an inferior customer experience.
