Overall experience is good. Some things could be improved, such a 401k match. The match is very small and limited, 4-5% no cap is more appropriate and competitive, or higher. Continue to focus on promoting from within, and allow employees to try new experiences. Doesn't have to be product to product

Working in the same position after a while gets boring. Promote from within to retain talent, and allow for additional opportunities. I.E someone from product to work a role that interest them in talent, etc.
