Solving hard problems and creating value. Lots of opportunity to do this and it's hugely gratifying (and recognized)

I personally really like that every employee gets equity, and as I've become more senior it's been a meaningful boost to my comp.

It's supportive. There are so many times when I or a colleague have faced a challenge and everyone has banded together to help

They are fundamentally good people who act with integrity. They make mistakes, like everyone, but I know they are coming to the table with intelligence and good intent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like my interview process not only gave the company a chance to evaluate me, but really let me in to better understand what I was getting into. After being here a year, there have been very few surprises.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
