Especially in the pandemic, the company does a great job at supporting employees and addressing personal time and mental health.

Ability to truly be yourself and be comfortable speaking your mind. We have done everything we can to support that type of team environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do seem to care about everyones well being and do try to keep people informed on what the company is doing and why we are doing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our company doesn't do a good job at assessing the market and keeping employees paid for what the market is paying. The merit increases are very low compared to industry average as well which isn't motivating.
